Over the last three weeks, it’s been brought to may attention by different sources that certain people and things within our wider RV community that needs transparency.
Before I elaborate: ***Full disclosure: In November 2020 I was approached by a person and was paid (well) for an hours RV consultancy on my knowledge about ARV. One of the people involved paid me for this service.***
Over the last month I have been receiving details about three or more people interacting with our community. This has grown to create a picture of a group of people that have infiltrated a large swathe of the remote viewing community. By offering money and incentives they have setup and run projects, recruited remote viewers and publicised a well known arvcontest.
Over the past few days, this information has grown from even more sources and seems to indicate that a large number of prominent/known/knowledgeable people with our Remote Viewing community have been approached, and in alot of cases paid for RV consultancy and projects by these people. Many remote viewers have been recruited under NDA’s to work for these people.
These people have a track record going back approx a decade of creating company after company that operates trading related scams and frauds. There is a wealth of publicly available links, reports, legal documents and more on the named people (GOOGLE is your friend) – I am just sharing a small portion of this public information in this anonymous link:

Now the update from today 26 April, 2021.
Released today is a document about an FBI raid on one of the people involved: Anton Lazzaro in December of 2020.

www.forfeiture.gov is identified on the website of the US Dept of Justice as part of their operations: “AFMS developed and manages the Forfeiture.gov website containing a searchable list of pending notices of administrative, civil, and criminal forfeiture action, the submission of petitions for remission or mitigation, and to file a claim to contest the forfeiture of a property. If you go to “www.forfeiture.gov” and click on the FBI link in the list of “Public Notices of Forfeiture” it will take you back to the link to the 04/26/21 notice containing info about Lazzaro. You can also get to that document by clicking on the button “I want to search for a specific public notice) and then typing “Lazzaro” in the search box. (Pages 30-33 in the pdf).
It details how $371k was confiscated, eleven mobile phones, and several tablets’ and computers and misc items. There is clearly an FBI investigation in progress on this person.
Now, I ask you, with this, and the publicly available indicators about the past operations involving probable scams and fraudulent practices. Is this the type of people we as a remote viewing community should embrace and work with, for some of us to publicly vouch for, and to allow us to be funded by? To be set targets from – without any idea of what the project is, what the targets are of, where the information is being used, or by whom?
From what I have seen and gathered so far, I am both shocked and dismayed at how easy it was that so many of the people I know so well have been taken in, to have taken money and to have remained silent, even when presented with the evidence we have gathered during this period – shame on you!
So be careful of who you work with with your remote viewing skill – Of course this is ALL YOUR choice whether to believe all this or not – but don’t say you were not warned….
Hopefully we will all learn something from this terrible situation.
