1995 - (june 30) Star Gate transfers from the DIA tot he CIA, who then close the program.
1995 - The CIA cancels the Star Gate remote viewing program.
1995  - Remote Viewing reaches the public domain in a big way with the CIA press relase about the closure of Star Gate.
1989 - Remote viewing starts ot seriously leask from its intel and military roots into the public domain as the ex members of the Ft. Meade unit and programs leave the service - primarily led by Ed Dames.
1989 1989 - General Stubblebine, former Military supervising officer for the RV unit & Col John Alexander join the PSITECH board.
Psitech - 1989 - present
1993 - Joni Dourif commerciazes PSITECH. She becomes the Vice President and immediately they moved the company from New Mexico t Beverly Hills, Califronia. They opened in-house TRV training and taught a 10 day course for 6 years with Ed Dames.
1996 - Joni Dourif & Ed Dames create the first remote viewing training tapes to provide the public at large with remote viewing training.

2003 - (March) PJ launches TKR. The largest forum, collected tools and resource online for the education and support of remote viewers. TKR supports solo and group remote viewing in any method. They have a robust membership and session archive. The staff include viewers from the worlds of CRV, ERV, HRVG, SRV, TDS, TRV and self trained psychics.

The AURORA GROUP -  2003 - 2009
2004 - From approximately 2004 the Aurora Group started to share its mixed method Remote Viewing project results online. The group was the first public mixed method remote viewing group where differing forms of RV were used together in operations and projects.
2004 (Dec) Reading the Enemy's Mind: Inside Star Gate: America's Psychic Espionage program (Smith) is published.
2004 - P>S>I & Coleen Marenich began to organize and train a group of adavnced CRV students to become the ‘Best’ operational Remote Viewers possible. Graduates of the program became mentors to future trainees and took a role in organizing the group's loosely formed professional association by identifying its goals, mission statement, a code of ethics and member responsibilities. The association is called The Professional Controlled Remote Viewers Association. Many students applied for the program over the years, but only a few who have successfully completed it. The number of graduates to complete the program is eight. (as of May 2010).

Farsight Climate Change Project 2008 - Farsight organised a remoet viewing stdy using remoet viewing to study climate and planetary change between the years 2008 and 2013. Three schools of RV participated.
2009 2009 -  Farsight organised a Remote Viewing study using remote viewing to predict the future more accurately. “To date, only one experimental design using remote viewing has ever worked consistently to correctly predict the future. We now have an idea why that particular experimental design works, and why other experimental designs do not work as well. The reason may have to do with the existence of multiple universes, and we now have a way to test for this directly.”
