Before we share the document I would first like to make a few small comments on Glenn’s recent Christmas statement.
Glenn said.
//The scuttlebutt on the net is saying that it is us here at Hrvg. We’ll big newsflash for you folks in Atlanta, it ain’t us. Hrvg has not filed any suit, served any letters or demands to anyone in Georga. //
Which is correct, no legal documents have (yet) been served to Farsight/Courtney in GEORGIA from HRVG – but they have to Dick in Hawaii.
Glenn then rambled-on for a while trying to shift the attention to Dicks duty as an officer of HRVG – of which he was for over 16 years and anyone who knows HRVG, Dick and Glenn knows how close they all were and how much Dick has done for HRVG over this time, presenting on their behalf at IRVA conferences, creating licensed HRVG videos, teaching and much, much more. There has never once been any issue with Dick at HRVG, until out of the blue this cease and desist letter popped into Dicks life.
Glenn then said:
//In this case the officer took session work of another Hrvg instructor’s student, produced a video and then offered it for sale on the Internet.//
In the Video that offends HRVG – Hitomi and the god particle. Glenn is interviewed within the video, he gave permission and license for Dick to do so, Hitmoi also signed a release form (which I will also attach here) all parties were happy and agreed to this video production. Hitomi owns her own RV work not HRVG, she did not finish HRVG training as she wasn’t allowed because she was a foreign national. No one ‘stole’ anyone’s student here and ALL agreed to make the video and to participate.
Cease and Desist letter
To show what has been stated against us we would like to share with you the initial cease and desist letter from HRVG to Dick Allgire. It accused Dick of disclosing confidential and proprietary information ‘the white board technique’ to the Farsight institute/Daz. This document details that HRVG claims ownership by copyright of the use of a white board within RV and goes so far as to say;
“HRVG takes issue with Dr. Brown for his use of HRVG’s “White Board” practice, without giving credit to HRVG for its innovation. Academically, that raises the issue of plagiarism; legally, that raises the issue of theft or conversion.”
HRVG also want all past Farsight video projects discontinued and removed from sale and online immediately claiming this ownership of copyright over using a white board as its proprietary to HRVG.
“You are not to sell or disseminate any HRVG proprietary intellectual property without the prior written consent of the HRVG Board of Directors, including posting HRVG-related videos on web sites, including without limitation any Farsight, Inc. related web sites (including without limitation any owned by Dr. Courtney Brown) or RemoteViewinginternational.com (RVI.com) ( , or any YouTube.com sites. You are to discontinue immediately selling HRVG-related materials, video, sessions, intellectual property, or any combination of those, on Amazon.com or on, in, or through any other marketing venue or means”.
It also states:
“Any breach in the terms set forth in this letter above will result in legal action against you and other entities that, or persons who, are disseminating proprietaryor confidential HRVG information without the prior written permission of the HRVG Board of Directors.”
“If you fail to do so, then HRVG is prepared to take you to court to obtain injunctive relief and damages as a result of your wrongful disclosures, in clear violation of your broad fiduciaryduties to HRVG.”
Disclosure?
Again I’d like to make it clear that Dick did not share any proprietary information to myself nor Courtney Brown. The use of whiteboards within RV has gone on for many years, many of the teachers have on occasion used white boards in teaching. HRVG have themselves released video presentations in public showing the use of whiteboards in RV – this use of a medium like a white board is not proprietary. There is no real technique and Dick did not disclose any secrets. Courtney Brown said to me one day – we need to start to capture your RV on video, do you have a white board or Nobo pad, I said, ‘I use a whiteboard at home and have one’ – he said great, lets use that then. That is pretty much the only discussion we have ever had on this, and Dick and myself have never discussed how he nor HRVG uses a white board.
Ethics?
Again I ask is this the behaviour we want to see from remote viewers in positions on boards. To blanket remove years of work by multiple remote viewers over bogus copyright claims, & to censor remote viewers work and to claim ownership over their work without ANY signed documentation or terms & conditions.
What do you think – do you really feel that use of a white board within remote viewing is owned by HRVG and proprietary intellectual property of them?
Here is the cease and desist letter – it wants all Farsight projects using a white board on video removed/censored as they own the material, they also claim to own ALL dicks rv sessions, even though no documentations or agreement exists to this.
We release these so that everyone can know what has been happening right out in the open. There has been no infringement on any copyright, No students were stolen and all past videos with HRVG were created with their FULL permission and signed licence. We also stand by the fact that remote viewers own their own work and not any school or method unless agreed by both parties and documented. It’s up to you to make up to your own minds on this predicament.
